The Vital Outreach Foundation understands the need for quality health care for all people. Through strategic partnerships and alliances, the Vital Outreach Foundation addresses the lack of access to quality health care by the nation’s uninsured and underinsured citizens. Our efforts address four key areas in the fight for quality health care:

• Treating and preventing medical conditions (i.e. diabetes, cancer, heart disease, obesity)
• Educating citizens about health care and disease prevention
• Providing health care resources to those in need

This pioneering effort brings together the country’s top doctors, nurses, health coaches, fitness trainers, dietitians, hospitals, pharmacies, community health educators, corporate citizens, organizations and philanthropists to remove the barriers to quality health care.
